Anthony Germano

RUNNING FOR: Town Judge

Bio: Tony and his wife moved to the Town of Clay with their two children in 2019 , and continue to reside in the Kimbrook neighborhood. Tony attended Henninger High School, graduated from Syracuse University in 2000, and Seton Hall School of Law in 2003, with honors.

After graduating law school in 2003, Tony began serving as an Assistant Prosecutor in the Monmouth County Prosecutor’s Office in Monmouth County, New Jersey, working extensively with juveniles and families in the criminal justice system. Tony returned to the area in 2005, and after working in the private sector, he served as an attorney for the Cortland County Department of Social Services, where he presented cases against parents and families accused of neglect and abuse against children.

In 2012, Tony joined the Onondaga County District Attorney’s Office, where he served in the Special Victims Bureau, prosecuting some of the most notorious crimes and criminals in Onondaga County.

In 2016, Tony opened his own law firm which he continues to successfully operate, representing children, families and individuals in a large variety of important and complex legal matters.
